Ann Dinsdale is Collections Manager at the Brontë Parsonage Museum, Haworth, and author of The Brontës at Haworth, 2006. To mark Hallowe'en, Ann will look at gothic elements of the Brontës' novels and the infl uence of gothic writers on their work.
